Leadership Team Development Services

CHP&M partners work with the team to understand the important issues facing the group and help to craft meetings and retreats that can focus deeply on the problems and solutions.

  • When roles and responsibilities are the issue, we work with team members to understand the overlaps/gaps in functions and provide suggestions for changes.
  • When team members are failing to communicate effectively, we help the team to understand individual and systematic barriers that are impeding work and provide perspective on ways to strengthen needed working relationships.
