Developing managers for leadership
A professional services firm asked CHP&M to help them groom the next generation of potential partners for the firm. We created an in-house coaching and management development program that focused on the dynamics, difficulties, and opportunities facing managers to help them learn to resolve issues across projects and departments within the organization, by going beyond the traditional vertical reporting roles.

Coaching Executives
Recognizing that some of their brightest young executives needed to polish their leadership skills as they took on tough assignments, a company asked CHP&M for help. We interviewed company leaders to gain a full perspective on each executive's responsibilities and impact, then met with the executives individually to set specific goals. In one instance, the executive sought increased client management and teambuilding skills. Using in-person meetings, the telephone, and e-mail, CHP&M helped the executive look at upcoming situations and analyze the various ways in which the situations could be approached. By providing an outside perspective and confidential feedback, we were able to help the executive increase the capacities and confidence he needed to skillfully manage workplace relationships.
